Border finally shows up late to the dance, and they are none too thrilled, probably because Osamu is receiving all the praise. Yuma is a good friend, and their relationship is further solidified as Kuga hypes up his Bros fighting abilities, much to the dismay of Osamu.

So he can kick ass and take names, but he has no idea how the world or Japan even works. Osamu is a Border Agent, and Kuma is a Neighbor; a quick recap runs right into the second episode, and the saga continues.
It is evident from the jump that Toei Animation would make this a long-running series, so the animation budget was spread out considerably. So considerably that someone forgot that glasses have arms on both sides, complete arms.
