As I said, the plot is delightful and fills even better than the previous season. You understand Mob more than before and feel more empathy toward him. Also, he develops into a much better lead character.

Although the animation could have been better with additional time, the arts and music are accurate to the concept. Character development was also done nicely. The initial episodes of ‘‘Tokyo 24th Ward’’ struggle to establish themselves, but once they do, they deliver.
