Evangelion’s 30th‑anniversary festival in Yokohama closed with a bombshell: a brand‑new anime series, teased as the franchise’s “Next Genesis.” Co‑produced by Studio Khara and CloverWorks, the project brings Evangelion veteran Kazuya Tsurumaki together with NieR creator Yoko Taro on series composition and Keiichi Okabe on music.
