Takuya Seo hides his love for the niche anime Glittermon after years of bullying, until gyaru classmates Kei Amane and Kotoko Ijichi turn out to be closet otaku themselves. Gals Can’t Be Kind to Otaku!? follows this unlikely trio through karaoke, festivals, and beach-episode antics. The chemistry charms, the early visuals shine, but a thin plot and weak romance keep this 2026 TMS Entertainment comedy decent.
