On January 31, 2021, Revoroot made a live announcement about the Light novel anime television series during the "GA Fes 2021" event. ‘‘My Isekai Life: I Attained a Second Character Class and Developed Into the World's Strongest Sage!’’ The film's associate director is Kiyotaka Suzuki, while Naohiro Fukushima wrote the screenplay and Gin from Busted Rose composed the music. Keisuke Kojima, who also created the character designs, is in charge of the direction.

Yuji finds himself in a fantastical setting far from paperwork and technology, and his only thought is to awaken from what he believes to be a dream and return to the mountain of work he left behind. But Yuji soon learns that this other world has different intentions for him after learning that his Monster Tamer character class enables him to make friends with slimes!

And since they are so numerous, he learns so much magic thanks to them that he swiftly gains a second character class! How will Yuji utilize his power now that he is the most excellent sage the kingdom has ever known? Also, what happens to all that paperwork? Yuji frequently maintains a face of neutrality, only showing emotion when shocked during a disagreement. He assumed it would be nothing to have to stay up for two days as he was a corporate slave who had to stay up for two to three days a week. He also showed compassion by helping Gale defeat a monster.

This show is incredibly generic. The idea of the story could have potential, but there are too many issues with the anime itself to be given a score higher than 5. The first critical problem is the art. Viewing when you can see individual frames feels less immersive. Scenes involving fighting or a lot of going on could be more appealing. Another area for improvement is how quickly the tale progresses. We completed the fourth arc in just four episodes, which is quick.

Is "My Isekai Life: I Attained a Second Character Class and Developed Into the Strongest Sage in the World!" a good story? Is it worth watching with these significant issues? It depends. If you don't mind lousy animation and just want to pass the time by watching an isekai, then perhaps. Although there are much better options, if you've already seen a bunch of them, this could be the only one that actually advances the plot. It could be fascinating to learn more about the Main Character's history and how it has shaped his personality in the present. Overall, the tale is just okay, with bad animation and a quick pace. If you want to watch it, give it a try, but don't have high hopes for the series. It ultimately comes down to the viewer. You're free to stop watching if you don't feel it after viewing one episode.

I recommend reading the manga first. On the bright side, I suggest against judging the series based on what you initially assume it to be about because there is a charm that is uncommon beneath the surface.
