You must act on your convictions and follow your heart when you genuinely desire something. When your heart is truly set on something, it doesn't matter what you have; you must pursue your passion at any cost. Even if that means leaving an entire kingdom or one’s family...

"The Magical Revolution of the Reincarnated Princess and the Genius Young Lady" is an anime based on a novel series of the same name. With screenplays written by Wataru Watari, character designs by Naomi Ide, monster designs by Tsutomu Miyazawa, and music created by Moe Hyūga, it was produced by Diomedéa and helmed by Shingo Tamaki. The Japanese light novels inspired this 12-episode animation, which features fantasy and girls' love subgenres with the themes of Isekai and reincarnation. A PG-13 rating for teenagers 13 and older was assigned to each 23-minute episode. The show was broadcast on AT-X and other networks from January 4th to March 22nd, 2023. Crunchyroll obtained the series' license, while Muse Communication received it for South and Southeast Asia.

On the user-generated book publishing website Shōsetsuka ni Narō, Piero Karasu's series was initially published online between February 2019 and August 2021. Fujimi Shobo later acquired it, and with Yuri Kisaragi's illustrations, they published it under their light novel brand, Fujimi Fantasia Bunko.

Princess Anisphia "Anis" Wynn Palletia has always wished to soar into the air, even though her kingdom's citizens think it is a ridiculous desire. Anis cannot use magic despite her noble position, which conflicts with her goal. She doesn't want to give up so quickly, so she renounces her claim to the throne and concentrates on creating "magicology" by merging different tools and her experience from her past existence on Earth.

Anis enters the party unexpectedly to find her brother, Prince Algard, openly breaking off his engagement to his ex-fiancée Euphyllia "Euphie" Magenta and labeling Euphie a bully. Because of Anis' disposition, Algard, the younger of her two brothers, is responsible for the kingdom's destiny. After being coerced into an alliance with a political marriage with Euphyllia Magenta, a girl he hardly knows, Algard protests by spending more time with a commoner girl than his fiancee.

Euphie supports Anis in her study of magicology and travels with her. Their connection begins to evolve and alter gradually but steadily. Euphie is subsequently persuaded to work as Anis' assistant, a position she accepts reluctantly, and Anis takes off on her magic broom. In what manner? That is up to you to determine for yourself!

Euphyllia and Anisphia have very different personalities. Anisphia is a very upbeat person with great ideas about magic. Still, Euphyllia finds it challenging to fit in with this relaxed environment where no one is required to be courteous, ladylike, or just have fun. In a way, the concept of rebellion is brought up once more since Euphyllia is revolting against the very nature of her environment to transform herself, discover her purpose, and carry out her desires, much like Anisphia.

With Anisphia resembling Chisato and Euphyllia resembling Takina, there is a parallel to another anime, Lycoris Recoil, that I can see here. The former pushes the latter out of her shell to encourage her to take action and do whatever she desires instead of simply following orders, as she has done her entire life. They experienced some of the most challenging conflicts and emotions, making their anime dynamic and beautiful.

I genuinely enjoy the flow of events. The music fits each scene perfectly, capturing the mood of its heaviness before softening to reflect the events taking place. There is also a lovely visual aesthetic, free of the subpar monster animation in so many other anime. It's fantastic for capturing settings and locations both day and night. For this, both organizations deserve praise.

Take a moment to watch how the magic appears, and you’ll know what I mean. It was excellent; it didn't let me down and didn't become worse either. The animation studio's years of expertise, which are clearly displayed, rather than the animation of its projects, genuinely define it. They employ their resources surprisingly well, and these efforts must be recognized more. Additionally, many individuals with solid track records who had previously worked on projects like "Owarimonogatari" were involved in the production.

The sound design and music stand out from other OSTs since they are what you would expect from a fantasy anime. Hanatan's "Arc-en-Ciel" is the show's opening theme, while Sayaka Senbongi and Manaka Iwami's "Only for You" is the closing theme. The effect is clearly discernible.

Several individuals skipped this anime due to the "Isekai" designation. I can't really hold it against them. Isekai is a hit-or-miss genre, but occasionally you may find some really fantastic isekai, such as "That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime," "Mushoku Tensei," and "Ascendance of a Bookworm." Or, occasionally, you may see an isekai that is so awful that you ponder why it was ever adapted in the first place. But overall, this is an enjoyable anime that I recommend to most.
