Death Parade is a twisted, chaotic, messy, and often purely terrifying series that the Japanese era of exploitation films can only inspire. Death Parade has a cast of characters with deep narratives and complex stories being showcased each and every episode.
As a final verdict, s-CRY-ed is the kind of series most viewers will end up enjoying more than they expected to. It can be very predictable at times, and the characters all fit into common Anime stereotype personalities, which are downsides to it.

Hellsing Ultimate is the closest version to the manga, with nothing to do with the previous series, as that is far from being comparable. I highly recommend watching it to get rid of the bad taste in your mouth if you saw the first adaptation. And even if you didn't see the first one, I assure you that you will love this anime.
